Aware of the serious concerns that COVID-19 is causing around the world, we at Is Morus Relais would like to emphasize our commitment to the health and safety of all our guests and collaborators.

Taking care of you
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak situation and following the guidelines of the global and local health authorities to ensure that we are prepared to address the current circumstances. Our main priority continues to be the wellbeing and safety of our guests and team members at all times.

Safety first
We are taking maximum precautions in our hotels, applying the recommendations of the health experts, to ensure maximum safety. All Hotel staff have received specific guidelines and enhanced cleaning and hygiene measures have been put in place across all properties, aiming to provide safe and clean environments for our guests and colleagues.

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our rooms, bars, restaurants and public areas (door handles, elevators and elevator buttons, public bathrooms, counter at the front desk, meeting rooms, etc.)
  • Hand sanitizers available for guests in common areas
  • Thermometers available at the front desks to check body temperature on request
  • Supply of medical masks and gloves for our guests and collaborators on request
  • Specialized training for our hotel teams to ensure knowledge of hygiene protocols

Flexibility for your holidays
Due to the uncertainty of the situation, we know how important flexibility is to you. We have improved our cancellation policies for your next reservations. If you have already made a refundable booking, you can cancel it up to 1 (one) day before your arrival.

For not refundable or partially refundable reservations, which consider stays in the hotels and resorts during the period considered “force majeure”, currently scheduled until May 3 (but subject to extension), it is possible to receive a voucher equal to the amount paid. The voucher can be used within 1 year from the date of issue.
